Your elearnio learning platform provides you with unlimited data volume for (the creation of) your learning content. Your personal Customer Success Manager as well as our fast support are included in our service.
Is my data safe?
Elearnio keeps your data safe. Located in Germany, elearnio is 100% GDPR compliant. Regular backups ensure data security. Our SSO integration (optional: Forced SSO) is based on the OpenID Connect (OIDC) standard and can be set up within minutes. A contract conclusion includes the contract for order processing including the Technical Organizational Measures (TOM) as part of the agreement.
How long does it take to implement elearnio?
Implementation time varies from customer to customer (depending on individual requirements). Existing customers have successfully implemented elearnio within 2-4 weeks. The most common implementation duration is 2-3 months.
How do I transfer my current training content to elearnio?
We support you during your start with elearnio. Our onboarding process with your personal Customer Success Manager includes, among other things, creating your first courses, briefing your employees on the platform and creating the first users. Then you're ready to go! Our course editor allows you to easily and intuitively create your interactive and varied learning content or integrate external content via SCORM. If you don't have time to create your courses yourself, you can also book our concierge service as an option.
